Beautiful. Safe. Home.
The Valencia Homeowners Association Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a resident of Valencia Townhomes. Like so many people around the world, our thoughts go out to anyone affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a board, we are very focused on the safety of our community.
Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez has declared a County State of Emergency. Therefore, the Valencia Homeowners Association Board of Directors, in the interest of the safety of our residents, has taken the following actions:
Effective immediately the Valencia community pool is closed indefinitely.
The March monthly board and grievance meeting has been postponed indefinitely.
The April annual meeting has been postponed indefinitely.
The April garage sale has been postponed indefinitely.
We’ve posted Miami-Dade County COVID-19 prevention posters at the entrances.
Once the National and County State of Emergency are lifted, we will provide updates on the above actions with dates.
