ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUEST FORM
ALL MODIFICATIONS (ALTERATIONS), including repairs and/or replacements of roofs, fences, trellises, windows and doors to the exterior of any unit or upon any lot, must HAVE "PRIOR" WRITTEN APPROVAL from the Association’s Architectural Review Board or Board of Directors.
Owners of a unit must reside in the unit for a period of not less than one year prior to leasing or renting a unit. In addition, any “guest”, “friend", or “invitee'' residing in the unit for more than sixty (60) days shall be considered a renter. No owner shall lease a unit until all proposed tenants have been screened pursuant to the procedures adopted by the Valencia Homeowners Association. The proposed lease shall include a representation that the lessee has been informed of and agrees to comply with the Rules and Regulations of Valencia Homeowner Association, Inc.
